Refund Policy

All software subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.

For plans including NFC hardware:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Hardware must be unused and in original condition.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom printed NFC products are non-refundable once processed.

Subscription renewals are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of misuse or policy violation.
